• Cracking of the protection film resulting from manufacturing defects
• Severe yellowing caused by environmental factors
• Adhesive failure due to installation defects

• Vehicle must be returned within 10 days from installation date for inspection and first review
• Do not wash the vehicle at all before the scheduled review and first inspection
• Do not use high-pressure water guns (Karcher) near the edges of the protection film
• Do not use rough or abrasive towels that may directly affect the gloss of the protection film, nano-ceramic coating, or the original paint
• Do not use any chemical or petroleum-based products on the vehicle surface as they can affect the protection film and nano-ceramic coating
• Remove any bird droppings immediately upon noticing them due to their chemical content

Note: Failure to follow the above instructions voids the warranty for the affected area — including accidents and scratches.
